What geographical areas do you service?

Since we are a virtual company, we work with any clients regardless of geographic location. We have clients in many states, and communicate with them regularly. However, for personal meetings, our coverage area is the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina: Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and southern Wake County towns of Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Garner, Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina.

Can you do moving pictures on a website?

Yes, we provide Flash animation as an add-on feature to any of our Website packages.

What is your turnaround time?

We strive to complete every website in a reasonable amount of time. While the turnaround time for your sepcific project may vary, most of our average-sized website are completed within 30-45 days.

How do you charge your clients?

Website design projects are quoted on an individual project basis. For maintenance work, we provide easy monthly billing, and charge by ½ hour increments, instead of rounding up to the nearest hour.
